My name is Evetta Petty. I own Harlems Heaven Hat Boutique and have been designing hats for 15 years and only make hats of the highest quality. We have been getting so much exposure and demand from people around the world, we have decided to offer a small number of hats for sale online.
I learned design by attending the highly reputable Fashion Institute of Technology and have my hats featured in a variety of newspapers and magazines including the New York Times, Crain’s NY, and the New York Daily News. I have also been featured on Television including Europe’s “Shop the World” fashion show with David Emanuel.
